The worst thing to kill Viagra erections is smoking before or during sex. And the very worst side effect of Viagra is the killer heartburn if you forget to take a strong antacid before the Viagra. (different subject)

 

I've never had heartburn (even though I eat foods hotter than most humans could stand) but I have had an effect from Viagra (more so from the generic stuff I get from India) where it makes me feel like everything I've eaten is backed up to the top of my esophagus. Is that what your're talking about. I'd never heard of using an antacid first

They tend to inhibit erections if overused.

I'll vouch for that. If I'm hitting the bottle I'll lose the hard on. That's why I try to decide (on any given hookup) whether I'll want to top (and take Viagra) or bottom and snort poppers.
