Well at least stating 34 yrs old in his RM ad is not severe age-shaving....but for someone prominent & well-known in the industry, why age-shave at all ?....no big deal in this case - it simply puzzles me a bit as to why he would bother with age-shaving rather than honesty / truthfulness......

Could be neglect / forgetfulness to update profile stats....however when one goes in to update a travel schedule & ad copy, not updating profile stats seems more like (to me, at least) a conscious / purposeful decision....in any case, when hiring I would verify with him the fact that he had not done something crazy like shave his bod before caring to verify his exact age.....for me, he's a hiring option up to age 45 or so.
