I've hired Alencar several times over the last few years and each time was amazing. The man has incredible stamina....and can pound the hell out of you for hours on end...that is if you can handle it which I couldn't so several breaks were needed. It was during these breaks that I happily discovered Rafael is a really cool guy....absolutely zero attitude, very intelligent and as you can imagine in his line of work he has some hillarious stories.
