It's my sad duty to let you know that my buddy Traveller passed away in late October. He was only 46.

I miss you!

How sad. I extend my sympathy. Was it sudden?

>Is he the guy who posted all the info on Brazil?

I don't know about Brazil but this was his last post in the MC:

>Would you have sex with YOUR dad?

Well, I fucked my mother up the ass when I was in high school, but never really had sex with my dad. I only fisted him with my right arm, while doing my brother with my left. We were all lying in a mixture of my sister's vomit and my grandmother's shit while my arms were up their asses. My grandmother had eaten corn-on-the-cob the night before. We were a very aristocratic family.

Later.

Not exactly showing him in the best light, so I thought, but a search of his posts turned up many like the above.

I wonder why DickHo waited so long to announce his death to the MC?

In any event it's sad to lose one of our own so to speak and he was so young. RIP Traveller

Just so everyone knows that post of his, about all the familial shit, was just his way of telling those of us in the know that he'd recently seen the documentary, The Aristocrats, filled with similar jokes.

The man loved his drugs and he loved gigantic, often ethnic, cocks shoved way way way up his ass. I liked his posts. It's a shame.

This is very sad news, indeed.

In all the years I've been hanging out here--whether posting or lurking--I rate no one higher than Traveller. You might say he was the ideal member of such a group as this: what he offered was Pure Information--lots of it--delivered with the cut and thrust of someone telling you the plain, unvarnished truth. Voracious and demanding in his appetite, he also had the energy and means to indulge it, partying on a scale few of us will ever know (but enjoy reading about, just the same.)

His posts could recount a weekend bacchanalia in five or six breezy lines. He didn't have time for chitchat or unseemly hairpulls, mostly because he was so eager to move on to the next manic round of pleasure. He rejoiced in booze and drugs, too, and was always ready with a pithy word on the new movies and Broadway shows.

Full of animal high spirits (a lawyer on holiday), he seemed to enjoy himself more--and more often--than anyone else, dispensing and trading advice along the way, planning one hot scene after another, and urging everyone to do the same. He called out to us with the voice of the great god Pan.

I can't imagine anyone ever replacing him.

I'm shocked. I'm saddened. An easy call for one of my Top 5 all time posters. I'll miss his posts, especially those in the vein of the earlier years. ;(

I also add my condolences. I always enjoyed Traveller's posts and felt many were tongue in cheek or tongue in cheek and took them in that vein. He had a lateral way of viewing vertically that I could appreciate and I shall as already said miss him.

That's really sad news. Dick Ho, sorry you have lost your great buddy. It was always good to see a new post from Traveller, and I enjoyed the exchanges you two had on the message board.
