I've text him back and forth many times. Always a reason why a day and time wouldn't work out. We chatted about many topics. One was Dallas mccarvers death. He said he was with Dallas the week before his death. Funny thing is I text with him the week before and not a peep about being out of town. I also asked him about availability and he said he is so busy with running a business as well. Funny thing again... He almost always had "available now" in his rentmen listing.
