What is an easy way to manage iPhone photos? Specifically getting them on and off your phone.

A thread about Dropbox gave me the idea of keeping all photos in Dropbox and keeping your phone clean. This would be especially nice for keeping very personal or adult photos off your phone. You could send the photo then upload to Dropbox and then delete from the phone.

Would this work?

If the issue is confidentiality then there are several apps designed to store photos, require a passcode and have innocuous icons and names. You can move photos from your photo stream or use the camera within the app.

I use SyncIos, www.syncios.com . You can download a trial version for free. It can be used for Android phones too. With SyncIos I noticed that some pictures that I had deleted, and then deleted from the trash, were still lingering on on my phone. Now I don't delete them any more on my phone. I transfer them to my laptop using SyncIos. Oh, and you can do much more than just pictures with it.
