I apologize for posting this query here; didn't find any forum better suited. Please correct me if there IS one.

 

Are there gloryhole venues in all major US cities, or did they fade out with the video/DVD arcades?

Where can I find them?

Check Craigslist. Many have popped up in people's homes or apartments.
