Edit: he seems nice in his correspondence...I just have a fear (irrational or justifiable?) of accidentally getting a cop. He has the legal disclaimer on his ad, in addition to nudes (he unlocked private gallery), is it a safe assumption to make that he isn’t one?

What leads you to believe he might be a cop?

I got a little spooked reading one of the threads on here about laws in various states, and so my first thought is always that. Irrational fear (and inexperience).

The disclaimer is completely worthless, at least in California. The same is true for the one where you “agree” that you are not affiliated with law enforcement. None of that garbage protects either the client or the escort.

 

Still, it is always good to proceed with caution lest it really is a cop.

I may be naive, but I don’t think cops run ads on Rentmen. They have higher priority targets like underage and trafficking.
