Hi there. My request was not pertaining to massage. I assumed that there is a possibility of him doing more than massage since he is willing to come to my hotel. I was willing to pay more if only he told me how much he would want me to pay him.

Or perhaps your "request" went way over his usual limits and he decided he didnt want to do it at any price? If you ask for something way beyond what he is advertising, (altho no harm in asking), I dont think you can be offended if they choose not to respond-it's a risk you take.
