Erasing/Deleting a Plethora of Conversations

In my membership section, I have innumerable conversations from participants at this site. How do I delete all of the ones that have accumulated? I've clicked on squares but to no avail.

Open the conversation and "Leave the conversation"

I don't know of any way to leave multiples at once which would probably be easier.

In the list of conversations, check the boxes to the left of the titles you want to delete from your list, and in the dialogue box click the down arrow for the dropdown menu to appear, and select 'leave conversations'.
