All funny aside, I touched base with the “porn star” (grrrrrr) himself, and he replied that it refers to a situation in which both parties have been given a clean bill of health (no STDs and HIV-). I wasn’t told how it was to be proved, the time frame required nor how the clean bill could be shown to be intact between certification and deliction. Further, I’m not sure if this is a new way of screening out poz guys.

There are quite a few typing and/or syntax mistakes in the interview section of the ad as well. Made me wonder whether English is his first language. Then again, he was a chemical engineering morphing to art major, so maybe words/spelling just aren't his core competencies -- maybe his forte is body language!
