I was watching one of those small claims court shows on Justice Central. A twenty something ex couple. I forget what she was suing him for. She was 25 years old and they had lived together for three years.

 

He said the reason they broke up was because one time they were discussing their sexual history; how they "lost" their virginity and how many sex partners they had had.

 

She said that she had had 27 sex partners. That was too much for him. Even the judge was shocked.

 

I was thinking that something like that would never be an issue for a gay male couple.

 

I don't know if I agree. I always made it a policy not to talk much about previous sexual activities with new boyfriends. I wasnt comfortable telling them too much too soon.

I understand but I don't think it would bother a gay as much as a straight. Often after a person "comes out" they like "to sow their wild oats".

A good example is gay YouTuber Zach Garcia. He's said that he was a slut when he went off to college. There's a j/o video out there that he did. But recently he married a West Point cadet. He's settled down; he's become domesticated.

And of course, I have no idea what they were like with each other at the start of their relationship, but I could imagine him selecting the time, place and manner of telling his boyfriend about the video very carefully. OTOH, they may have met because of the video. Anything's possible.
