No better time to work out any implementation issues. As time moves on, browsers are going to become more strict and put up more warnings, not fewer. New PCI requirements go into effect next summer, part of me is looking forward to the freakout that will be happening on the vendor side.

FYI, I emailed them about a week ago regarding their lack of a SSL certificate, and this was their reply:

Today, when I checked their site, I finally saw the green lock:

So, while their operations seem to be rather roughshod, they do appear to be responsive. Time will tell how successful they become.

That's good. Not sure how much this is relevant to them, but mainstream search engines are ranking unencrypted sites lower in results.
