No personal experience with him, but I am always wary when an ad states "...just moved to the big city" or "...new to the city" instead of referencing the city he is referring to. In this case, the guy has a Washington DC telephone number (which I would classify as a big city) and he is advertising in Orange County, CA (which I would not classify as a big city). I'd be less wary if his ad stated "Just moved to Orange County..."
