So here's a question to the OP: Would we call it "censorship" if IKEA blocked websites like focusonthefamily.com??

If censorship is defined as "the suppression or prohibition of any parts of books, films, news, website, etc. that are considered obscene, politically unacceptable, or a threat to security" then I would have to say yes.

That is why IKEA should not suppress any cite, not even its competitors. I think that if you have a computer you choose to download or look at cites. If you have children who have computers then you have to monitor your children and put blocks on their computers if you wish them not to have access to certain cites.

Private business, they can just shut Wi-Fi off if they want? Or customers can use their cellular data

Sure, but it should be done equally. Offer no Wi-Fi at all or offer all content regarding "offensive" material. Otherwise there is going to be disagreements regarding allowing Christian online preachers versus gay body Forums. If you want to protect your children shut down their computers.

Sometimes the Reviews site is blocked, but I've never had the forum blocked.

Northwestern Hospital in Chicago has a network that blocked all the hook-up apps (Scruff, Growlr, etc.) as well.

That is ridiculous. What are you supposed to do while you are waiting for the results of your communicable disease tests.
