Thanks; I've certainly tried that, but unless scent is something they're naturally into it more often than not ends up as a half-hearted, box-ticking request fulfillment, sometimes for an up-charge, and rarely smelling so good. Far better to work with someone who's naturally into it, which can be hard to tell from a profile...
