I never really watched Nip/Tuck. This is just about the only scene I know. Strangely enough, I think the video was quite popular after the scene aired. Who knows why?

 

 

Interestingly in 2009 when it was shown, Mario was in actuality 36 when he claimed 33 for the character, and Julian McMahon is 5 years older than him-so in actuality he was 41.

 

Mario still looks good at 43. But he isn't as chiseled now as he was then. So maybe his character was speaking some truth about working out. (This picture is from this May).

Mario certainly had - and has - the body, but he is way too preened for me. I find his teeth particularly off-putting. I was also disappointed when he was on Almost Royal (a brilliant show, for those who haven't seen it). He wasn't quite as sharp as I expected.

I never understood why Julian was cast as the sexy lady's man. To me, his looks and body we're only just above average. (And his over-groomed eyebrows used to make me crazy.)

 

Dylan Walsh on the other hand... I wish there were shower scenes featuring him!

I agree Dylan is hot. I think it's because he had more of a rugby player's build while Julian was more of a slim, classic model type.

The only plastic surgery I'm aware of him having (allegedly) is a nose job to make him look less "ethnic." I think he probably did have rhinoplasty because his nose looks a bit different than it did when he was on Saved By The Bell. I don't think his physique is the result of plastic surgery, though.
