Skip the Games?

I'm looking to broaden my advertising and typed 'male escorts' and 'gay escorts' into google and one of the first results was a website called Skip the Games. I've never heard of it before - it's free to make a profile and they allow you to be clear about who you are and what your offering - so I gave it a go. Other escorts - is this a site you've used? Clients have you ever heard of it and what do you think if so?

But Ive always gotten the impression that there are a few sites that "cross-populate" ads.

 

When I search on info found in a backpage ad... it will frequently point to a skipthegames url, which seems to show a clone of the backpage ad.

 

Not sure thats helpful.... and its just a hypothesis....

Are they just trying to get a lot of viewers to eventually charge customers or just seeking ad revenue do you think ?

I dont know. The rules of business, particularly tech, are often illogical. Maybe they just want to get noticed to eventually have someone buy the domain name

The site has been talked about in the past. If you do a search, some posts should pop up. It's a site similar to backpage, ...just a slightly different set up and interface geared more for meet ups than backpage and craiglists are.
