Being new to bottoming I was hoping those with more experience could help me expand my knowledge.

 

1) Are there any exercises or natural products to keep your hole tight?

2) Is an anal orgasm real or just something fake done on porn?

I don't know what anal orgasm would be, but in my bottom experiments I certainly achieved what I would call a "prostate orgasm" which is that I unexpectedly ejaculated while the guy's dick was stroking my prostate from the inside (and I or he were not touching my dick at all).

 

You can usually get a huge amount of pleasure from fingering and rimming, but that never caused me to experience "an orgasm".

 

Maybe more experienced bottoms will tell a different story.
