As part of my anti-aging practice, along with hormone replacement, I offer iv therapy with drips for boosting the immune system, stress relief, vitamin replacements during or after serious illness, etc. Before i travel, especially if i am going by air, I get an "Executive" drip with everything known to mankind with which to boost my immune system and energy.

Maybe he's just trying to tell you he likes to do all he can to remain at tip-top health.

 

So - no - I would not call it a fetish. Now, a picture like that to entice someone? Hmmmmm.
