For the first time I am unable to access a particular advertisers profile, but only when I am logged in. When I am not logged in I can access. This is not an advertiser I've seen before so I don't think I am being specifically blocked. Can advertisers screen-out people who try and access their profile when logged-in?

Yes...you're probably blocked when logged in.

Make sure you don't have any other filters on beyond the city. I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago and didn't realize I had accidentally dragged the the minimum age to 40-something and filter out all of the younger guys. It took me a while to figure it out.

Yes, but over filtering, that's different then seeing the escorts ad, but then when you click on it you're not allowed access...

One escort in Seattle has blocked me from viewing his site when I am logged in. If I open the site in a private window (i.e. anonymously,) I am not blocked. Odd since I never tried to contact that escort in any way, but I did view his ad several times. I don't think he ever viewed my profile, but maybe he did. Guess he doesn't like me looking at his pictures. Screw him (or not.)

I recently joined this forum to ask about Seattle area escorts, and reading various threads, saw his name connected with past experiences. So I followed a link and checked out his profile. As he is in Portland, not close enough.

 

The next day he messages me! So I mentioned just having encountered his profile, but he was too far away. Last night he messages back that he is in Seattle. Another message, auto generated by RM, says he checked out my client profile, including private pics.

 

By the time I saw I had messages waiting, he had blocked me.

 

So, while I haven't hired him, based on this presumed shallowness he exhibited, I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
