I always wonder what happened to a young person for him to write such a statement - prominently, in his ad no less. How many really bad client (or other) experiences did he have? It is not a one-way street, gentlemen.

He is probably not being very successful, therefore his not so appealing mood. I bet his ad will vanish soon.
