Has anybody ever use the service from traveling? I see a lot of good places to stay in New York City, San Francisco ,Chicago and Palm Springs. Anybody have any real life experience .

I have not personally used it, but a good friend has had good experiences especially in Europe. A lot of the places are also listed in other sites like Air BnB

I've used it before. It's fine, similar to Airbnb, with the added bonus that your host has at least one thing in common with you.
