I'd love to see this happen, even with the concert's stars currently being committed to other projects.

I saw the concert version in February and it was terrific I was amazed that they only had a couple of days rehearsal. I assume the actors had learnt their roles in advance, but the dancers couldn't have done that. They showed just how talented they are.

Could well be that many of the cast have done the show elsewhere and know it well. When having to get a production up and running quickly

it's not uncommon to use people familiar with the material. The old theater joke about the dancers/chorus people goes - not talented enough

to be in the ensemble sorry, you'll have to be the star.
