It means you asked for a page not on the web server you queried. Links to web pages are static. Web pages and web servers can be highly dynamic. A link valid today may or may not be in the future.

It means somebody had too much time on their hands. ;-)

 

It's a lot like those "you have reached the end of the internet" pages that float around out there.

Indeed. The first time I loaded this page, I just got the first line, nothing more. Looked a second time.
