I've been twice, both for work.

I checked the schedule for this year. Because the events occur on the days near Ash Wednesday, none of the events occur near the Lido (beach) and away from the canals. Too bad, but understandable.

Carnival is over for this year. Lots of Balls and private parties! A little quieter than usual, but nevertheless very enjoyable!
