Tampa Bay metro population: 2.8 million. Number of escorts advertising on Rentmen there: 31.

 

Miami metro population: 5 million. Number of escorts advertising on Rentmen there: 184.

 

I think you have a much better chance of standing out from the pack in Tampa, especially when you consider a lot of those 184 in Miami are also Latino. I just have no idea how active a market Tampa/St. Pete would be, though. Sometimes, a city just doesn't have critical mass. But purely from a population divided by escort formula, Tampa is the pick.
