Here is what I would do…If I had the opportunity I would give the car to my niece for free only because you already have a new one and thought I am sure making some money is always a good thing selling to family and friends is not ever a good thing. If you give them the car then it is sort of like tithing it comes back to you in one forum or another.

"Transfer of Title" is very easily done in NYC. IF it is easy in NYC, "IT IS EASY ANYWHERE" BUT.. As far as "Insurance" Stay out of NYC! LOL :+ :+ :+
