Maybe he's appealing to a certain fantasy, the over-achiever naughty guy that some older dudes wished they had been? I'm reasonably sure this has its appeal in the DC area, but like most fantasy, it doesn't withstand too much scrutiny.

Just saw his new photos. Looks like he's filled out some (lean muscle) and has some scruff. Comes off more masculine.
