Not only that, Mara is also known as Jessica and she is a porn actor and massage person. Based on the next paragraph, I suspect that "Mara" is the girl friend of the guy advertising.

 

What makes me think the ad is real, is the fact that the same photos are used for a guy advertising on rentmen in the Dominican Republic with the same reviews - Check out his link:
