He is LA-based, has been advertising for more than a couple of years, and updates his pictures pretty frequently. Not sure what exactly gives you pause about his rate - guys in LA charge between $200 and $300 per hour, with $250 being about average.

Yes he's been mentioned at least twice but no one's ever had any first hand info. This thread suggests he might be Asian but nothing else.
