Oh man! So sorry to hear he's passed on, Gman. I had a major crush on him in my teen-age years when he played Hymie, the robot agent on Get Smart! It turns out that he starred as Conrad Birdie in the original 1960 production of Bye Bye Birdie before his role as TV's hottest robot, too. I mean, what could be more attractive to a closeted gay teenager than juxtaposing science fiction (a robot) and a hot, sexy man?
