A reviewer, "Larry" just wrote to me saying he still has not received my confirmation message.

 

I wrote to him explaining all the lost reviews were found and if he did not get the confirmation message, he should resubmit. I apologized to him and seconds later received the following. (I edited out email addresses for privacy reasons, but you will hopefully get the message.)

Sorry, this is the only way I can let him know I was trying to resolve his issue, but please do not expect me to do this for the scads of these that I get. And remember, his email came to me not from the email address he input, it came from his email program.

 

Daddy, you can move this where it belongs when you feel like it.
