Google has come out with its list of 100 most common keywords for 2016 . It also announced its most common searches.

n a year of a heated US presidential election, neither Clinton nor trump made the top spot, rather Pokemon Go was #1 worldwide and lottery was #1 in the US. 7 individual state lotteries made the top 100 keywords as did weather, that is not surprising and school closings were also right up in the top 100.

trump and Clinton were the top two searches for people who are alive though a few dead people did get more interest.
