MTV's Super Sweet 16 show

I find myself watching s specific episode of MTV's new Super Sweet 16 show over and over again. Its the one with the girl who's birth parents are jewish muslim. Anyway I keep watching it because of the water polo team from Loyola college.

 

mmmmmmm Love the scene when they have to audition for their jobs by posing with their shirts off. Hot young bodies with abs, pecs, and devil horns! OO LA LA :9

I saw that show and was in LUST with the guys. They were perfect.

 

But, there is something about that show that really bugs me. At the end of the episode you mention, the father is writing checks for the party. He makes the comment that the total bill will be about $200,000 (including the new car)!

 

Another episode was about a boy getting his Super Sweet 16 party. It included exotic dancers (which auditioned for both the father and son together). His father commented that the bill was about $250,000!

 

Where do these parents get all that "disposable" money to spend on a single evening for a 16-YEAR OLD KID?? Those parents spend more on one party than I'll probably gross in salary over the next 5 years.

 

Watching that show makes me feel that those parents are raising nothing but spoiled brats who don't appreciate the value of hard work and earning a buck. x(

I agree. They're rich spoiled brats, but the show is fun to watch anyway. Thats part of the fun of watching I think. Once you accept that, just sit back and enjoy.
