Doubtful. The other advertiser uploaded the same picture in September, 2015 (more than one year prior to marco uploading it) and used it for years on his Rentboy profile prior to their demise. Also, if you look at Marco's version, it is cropped and enlarged to the point where the background is blurry and he is slightly pixilated. The original picture is sharp. That's not to say he isn't hot in person, but it is to say he snared someone's picture.
