I use almost as much texting as email, but with email I also know when it has been opened so if I don't get a reply of some sort, I don't have to waste my time over and over again. If I don't get a notification that the email has been opened, then I'll go to text.

I'm a newbie poster here but I've been hiring and lurking for about 3 years. I can't imagine hiring someone who seems to be so unhappy in all aspects of his work. Not exactly a good marketing plan to bitch all the time about your customers.

I agree wholeheartedly.
