Spas in South Florida

I am planning some time in Ft. Lauderdale/Miami in the next few weeks. I have noticed that many of the gay resorts include a spa. I often get a massage when on vacation and enjoy ones that include mutual touch. Was wondering if the spas at these locations allow more than strictly therapeutic massages or if I would be better off finding a private masseur. Thoughts?
