Despite the rave reviews in London, I kind of expected to snooze through this Broadway production about Willy Brandt and Germany in the 60's. Instead I was wide awake and there were a number of good laughs in this "serious" play.

It was fun seeing Richard Thomas who I always thought was cute as John Boy in "The Waltons".

The interesting set pulls a nice trick which I won't spoil for those who intend to see the play.
