I never even look at that when browsing ads. Based on the description listed on the website "ID Verification is a process where the Escort provide us with a copy of his ID card so we can verify the identity and the authenticity of his profile." they look at the advertiser's ID. Given that IDs are typically limited to (very poor) head shots, they would not provide validation of the pictures included with the ad.
