Surprised that no one has commented on this one yet. The escort's response struck me as one of the biggest piles of steaming poop I have ever read. C'mon. He felt for his safety? Which he never defines by the way. Just his "intution ... is so highly regarded." Oh, for Christ's sake. What the hell does that mean?

 

He felt so unsafe after kissing the guy for a few minutes, that he lied, took off, and kept the money for 5 minutes of his time? Really, that's okay in your book?

He even writes like a jerk. Not only was his rebuttal unconvincing in its narrative details, his writing style is in a class by itself. His misuse of the big words with which he pretentiously peppers his prose totally undermines his effort to sound sophisticated.

I had the same reaction. I thought it was written like some pretentious term paper or by someone who learned English as a second language from a book. It was ludicrous.

If three negative reviews currently remain on the escort's ad, one has to wonder how many more negative reviews did the escort really get but are now deleted by rentmen.

 

Given the deletion of negative reviews, credibility of rentmen ads suffers beyond imagination.

...If three negative reviews currently remain on the escort's ad, one has to wonder how many more negative reviews did the escort really get but are now deleted by rentmen....

Given Rentmen's practice of suppressing negative reviews until a history is built up, there's a decent probability that these are his only negative reviews. that being said, having "only" three negative reviews is pretty serious.
