Couples massage ?

Howdy guys.....I'm new to the site and am so glad I found it. I really enjoy all the really helpful and often entertaining discussion that goes on here. I wanted to ask a question about couples massage. I am in a happy, long term relationship but I want to treat myself and my partner to a nice, relaxing and sensual massage. I queried the threads and really only found three way situations, and while that sounds very hot, I'm not sure we are ready for that. So, my question is, has anyone hired a masseur to do couples? If so, how does it work? Does the masseur massage one person, then move to the next ? Does it cost more? Sorry if these are dumb questions, I'm just curious how to approach this with a masseur.
