Cell Phone Plans-Let's Complain!!!

After 11 years with Sprint I switched to Verizon 5 years ago. Sprint was OK and their customer support was decent, but their network was spotty. Verizon has a better network, although they are more expensive. However, I use the phone for work - both voice and data - and I can't afford to have spotty coverage. It would be nice if they would settle on a plan. Every ten seconds it seems like they are changing their plans and it takes Sherlock Holmes to figure out whether it is beneficial to switch.

It is disgusting how little off that 911 surcharge gets to do what people think was intended.......Yet people see it and think yes! I support that!

FYI -- T-Mobile says that the top 3% of its subscribers who use more than 26GB of data per month may see their speeds throttled.
