Could it be that he posted the photo at first unedited, and then after having second thoughts, cropped out most of it?

 

Perhaps it was easier to edit the photo than to remove it.

IMO the job is not well done. Adding/removing a picture on Rentboy is now much easier than to edit/crop it. In addition the ad says "call me" but doesn’t include a phone number.

 

And finally someone is reading this thread: the ad is currently taken down.
