I was wondering if gentlemen on the site generally note if they will be in PS for the gathering for work (of course they may also be partially there for pleasure)? Usually the "Travels" section lists travels too recent to make arrangements before the April event.

TruthBTold I'll try to answer your question as best I can.

 

About 50% of the escorts who attend come as a guest of a client and thus during the weekend they are not available for hire by other clients. Some of these guys stay over in Palm Springs after the event and are available and they might or they might not post that fact here.

 

The other 50% come to the gathering stag. They "usually" are available for hire but they don't always advertise that fact in the escort travel forum. If you keep tabs on the various threads regarding the Palm Springs Weekend you will probably find more information there. Some working guys have already announced that they will be attending. As an example last year I learned that a certain single escort would be attending stag and I made an appointment with him after the final optional Sunday Evening Dinner. I also learned that an escorting couple would also be attending and were available so the three of us got together late Monday morning "after" the weekend. I have already made arrangements to get together with that same couple again this year IF they attend.

Thanks, Ep, that is a good explanation of how things work. I hope that working guys will just note that they will be attending and in what capacity they may find themselves. I will probably be at the Hacienda and has always struck me as a place where there is a lot of privacy. When I was there for just a few days last year every one stayed to themselves on the whole (although there was a couple who wanted to incorporate). While I would love to book for a whole weekend the economics would not work out for me right now. However being able to find out that a few hours, etc. are available would be great, if you know what I mean.

I have attended the event for last three years. The first year I was accompanied by a prior EOY escort. The following years, I attended solo but made connections during the weekend. Last year was my first time, and I was worried about finding enough companionship. I couldn't afford to book an escort for a whole weekend, and didn't know if free lance company would be available. TruthBTold I'll attempt to answer your question. I have attended all of the Palm Springs Weekends except the first one. It started out small with around ten or so guy but rapidly developed into a gather of around forty. Last year was somewhat small, because of a series of unfortunate circumstances, but still included about 30. This year I wouldn't be in the least surprised to see 40 plus guys attend. The restaurant where we usually have dinner on Saturday evening can accommodate just about any number. Oliver's backyard for the Sunday Pool Party is also large. There will certainly not be any crowding.
