Suggestion to Stay in Montreal Near the Strippers

OK, so I usually stay near the Governeur Hotel (sorry for spelling) in Montreal right around the corner from the stripper bars and gay Montreal. Now the hotel is booked, anyone have any suggestions near this area to stay? I have limited waking capability but will call a cab. Thanks

If you went through the hotel's online booking system, you may want to try calling. Depending on how close they are to capacity, they might be able to work something out for a repeat guest.

Very nice gay guy owns the place. Essentially it's a duplex house with 4 big units. A couple of blocks from the action on a relatively quiet street.
