Folsom East 2016! By Special Request!

As I have done in past years and by special request I am posting some pics that were taken this past Sunday at the Folsom East Street Fair in NYC. Most were taken earlier in the day prior to the proceedings getting overly crowded. By later in the day it was really impossible to maneuver through the crowd such was the sea of humanity that attended.

 

There were the usual exhibitors such as the NY Bondage Club. However, this was the first time in a number of years that Lucas Entertainment did not have a booth where they were promoting their latest stars who would freely mingle with the crowd with the Lucas logo emblazoned on their pecs. That was a disappointment but there were still a number of hot guys in attendance. I am wondering if the reason that Lucas was not represented was due to the fact that they have been featuring bare back scenes and Folsom is dedicated to promoting safe sex. Indeed as usual a number of the booths were devoted to the awareness of safe sexual practices.

 

The other disappointment was due to the fact that I missed the flogging demos which for some reason did not start until very late in the day. As in the past I would have volunteered. Perhaps next year!

 

Of course the real fun was at the post Folsom play party at the NY Bondage Club later that evening. It was as crowed as I have ever seen and Phen, the founding father, was on cloud nine because it was so well attended! There was also a nice cross section of younger to older guys with quite a few guests and first timers along with regular members. They don't allow photography, but I can assure you that a good time was had by those who attended.

 

One other observation: the X or crisscross harness is definitely out of style. I don't think that I saw one at all either at Folsom or at the Club!

 

In any event, I am sure that as you look through the pics some of you will recognize a familiar face or two or possibly even three or more. In any event, this is something a bit different for the Gallery in that the pics are not staged, but are a slice of reality. Enjoy!

Wow...A thousand likes WG. What a great way to start my day off. Great photographs, and I would have loved to see you at the NY Bondage Club... Glad to know you had a great time. So sorry, if I had known I would have not allowed the pics of the drag queens to fall on the cutting room floor. Perhaps I will be able to recover them. If not there hopefully will be a next year!
