My balls are big, hairy, and usually ripe and sweaty so I make sure I get them tongue cleaned often.

I see more and more younger guys at the gym who use products like Nadkins. I wouldn't be surprised if it blows up just like shaved/trimmed genitals and trimmed beards have for the last decade or two.
