Are The Sex Party Ad on Adam Gay Site Legit?

I saw some very disturbing Sex Hosting Parties ads on Adam NY Section, I was wondering if these parties were legit. I thought you needed a license to host sex parties and charge the customers an entrance fee. Is this a NY thing only? These ads are only posted on the NY section. Why do you guys think, it seems a bit dangerous to me ( Condom-less parties, dangerous neighborhood, no information about person hosting the party).

Sex parties are posted all over the place on A4A. I've seen them posted in Chicago, PDX, LA, LGB, Miami etc. Im sure some are bareback parties but I'm also sure a good amount also play by the rubber rule. If it sounds dangerous to you then don't do it. Plain and fucking simple. Just do as Nancy used to say, just say no. And then move along.

I tried a few of those parties about 10 years ago, in the DC Metropolitan area, with uneven success. I never felt unsafe. No one forced me to do anything I did not want to do.

I don't think the organizers had any kind of license.
