I thought this situation sounced familiar, so I looked at the FAQs and found the following:

 

Q: My review was published and listed in the NEWEST REVIEWS index, but not in the STATE index.

 

A: It takes up to 7 days to get a new review posted in the STATE INDEX. If, for some reason it does not, please email us a let us know. Remember to refer to the escort by NAME/CITY in the subject line..

 

This made an impression on me because it seems strange. But, it MAY account for the situation you're inquiring about.
